Purdue Tailgate

Jon Hodge (Haji) & the gang
We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to tailgate with one of Purdue's best while we were in West Lafayette. Jon Hodge and his team were generous enough to allow us to tailgate with them & we probably could not have found a better tailgate in all of lots around Ross-Ade Stadium. John's tailgate was recently featured on Tailgatelot.com. Check out the link to read some of the specifics of his tailgate.
Jon brought some Buffalo Wild Wings to the tailgate, which easily proved to be some of the best food we've had to date. Purdue fans can get their own at 360 Brown Street in West Lafayette.

Purdue Pete with the hammer
Before long, Purdue Pete stopped by our tailgat and we realized that he is the first mascot that we actually got a photo with. We've been trying since week one, and finally in week 7, we got our photo.

Who's the mascot?
Purdue Pete was not the only mascot in attendance as Drew continued to wear his costume from the breakfast club. It was definitely a little more challenging to toss the bean bags this week in the suit.

Ignore Blake, check out that flat screen!
Jon's "buffalance" also came with some very cool amenities. Beyond the full bar he had inside, he also had some fryers (which made the giant chicken a little nervous), the flat screen tv, and probably best of all was the mini-scooter.
